Based on your assessment results, we’ll write you an evidence-based program built to help you break through your plateau. Your strength coach/golf pro to make sure you are making consistent progress. Teaching you golf specific lifts, exercises, and rotational movements mixed in with proper stretching and core stability work is key to a well rounded golf fit athlete!

In Person Assessment With Custom 12 Week Program Includes:

  • 1 hr complete TPI assessment and basic movement assessment.
  • 12 week custom program
  • 1 hour, in person training session every week to go over your program, exercises, proper form, and to discuss other concerns or issues you may have.

  • Email/text access to me to answer questions regarding your program during the duration of the program.
  • Weekly accountability emails from me to keep you on track.
  • Access to our full, golf specific gym facility in Troy, MI
